I think it’s not easy to start working as a CPN during Covid19. To be honest, I was scare at the beginning, but we can find a positive thing in everything. The thing that surprised me is the doctors at the emergency department were the kindest physicians that I ever met in my life. They worked with me like a real team. They were respectful and they were listening when I was talking, even if I’m a CPN. The nurses in my department told me that their attitude was different before the pandemic. During this hard time, the doctors needed to work with the nurses and they realized how important our work is. I think that is a great time to stick together and learn about each other. Each work is important and at the end of the day, all health professionals want the best for the patient.
